Join us at the World’s Fair of Money in Oklahoma City, August 19-23, at the Oklahoma City Convention Center for the first time. Over 1,200 dealers and world mints will be on hand with treasures ranging from world and U.S. coins to paper currency, tokens, medals, and more. 

American Numismatic Association and Minted Assets Present 2025 Coin to Celebrate Annual Convention

To celebrate the Oklahoma City World’s Fair of Money, the American Numismatic Association (ANA) and Minted Assets are partnering to give away a free, special-edition legal tender coin during the show, August 19-23. Approximately 250 base metal commemorative coins will be distributed daily at the Minted Assets tables (1132 and 1134)—beginning at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, and at 12 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Coins will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

American Numismatic Association Bestows Highest Award to Jim Halperin, Adds Modern Numismatists to Hall of Fame

The American Numismatic Association (ANA) is presenting its Chester L. Krause Memorial Distinguished Service Award and Hall of Fame honors to those who have left indelible marks within the numismatic community. The recipients will be recognized during the 134th World’s Fair of Money in Oklahoma City, August 19-23. 

Renowned Artists Jamie Franki, Heidi Wastweet Collaborate on Money Show Medal

One of the most exciting numismatic events of the year can be commemorated with a collectible medal, designed by renowned artists Jamie Franki and Heidi Wastweet. Ever year, the World’s Fair of Money, hosted by the American Numismatic Association (ANA), brings together coin collectors from all over the world. The show features hundreds of dealers, displays of rare treasures, educational opportunities, family activities, and more. This year’s event takes place at the Oklahoma City Convention Center in Oklahoma City, OK, August 19-23, 2025.

Mark Lighterman to Become ANA’s 64th President at Oklahoma City World’s Fair of Money®

Voting members of the American Numismatic Association (ANA) have elected a new Board of Governors and will welcome two new individuals along with seven incumbents for the 2025-27 election term. 

ANA to Recognize Respected Hobby Contributors at Oklahoma City Convention

The American Numismatic Association (ANA) is recognizing leading role models in the numismatic community that have exhibited an influential, and positive presence. The Outstanding Adult Advisor and Outstanding District Representative will be awarded during the Oklahoma City World’s Fair of Money® Member Awards and Donor Celebration, Thursday, August 21 from 3-4:30 p.m. in Ballroom A at the Oklahoma City Convention Center. The ANA Dealer of the Year will be awarded at the convention’s 134th Anniversary Banquet, Friday, August 22 from 7-10 p.m. at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel. 

Famous Numismatic Treasures in Oklahoma for the First Time

Some of the most famous national numismatic treasures will be displayed for the first time in the Sooner State during the American Numismatic Association’s 2025 Oklahoma World’s Fair of Money at the Oklahoma City Convention Center, August 19-23, 2025. ANA members are encouraged to pre-register for the show to skip the registration line. Pre-registration ends July 25.

Intermediate Grading of United States Coins Seminar
Offered at Oklahoma City World’s Fair of Money

This two-day mid-level course is intended to sharpen grading skills through hands-on group and individual exercises with instructor feedback on each coin. Students will gain a better understanding of current grading service philosophies and how they evolved in the marketplace. Copper, silver and gold specimens are covered with emphasis on About Uncirculated through Uncirculated examples.

During the American Numismatic Association’s (ANA) World’s Fair of Money®, taking place August 19-23 in Oklahoma City, experts will explore how coins, medals, and tokens reflect the culture of the times during the Sundman Lecture Symposium. This year’s theme is “Culture’s Mirror; How Coins Reflect Popular Culture.”
